RETURN PROCESS
+ To initiate a return, please contact us at info@homesidestudios.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
REFUND/STORE CREDIT
+ Upon receiving the returned item, we will assess its condition.
Refunds or store credit will be determined based on the assessment.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
STOCKING FEE
+ A $5 stocking fee will be applied to items that are returned without the original packaging.
RETURN SHIPPING
+ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
+ If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
